By accessing and using DopaminaShop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website.
2. Exclusively Simulated and Educational Nature
DopaminaShop is an e-commerce simulator developed for entertainment, consumer impulse control, and mental health support (simulated retail therapy). NO real commercial transaction is processed on this site, NO financial value is charged, and NO physical product is sold or delivered to your home.
3. Use of Fictional Information
To fully use the simulations, you can fill out delivery forms and select simulated payment methods. Users are expressly advised NOT to input real financial data (such as real credit card numbers or passwords). Any entered data is processed only locally in your browser's memory (Local Storage) and is never transmitted to our servers or to third parties.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Although the platform was inspired by concepts of behavioral psychology and impulse control (Oniomania/ADHD), the simulated experience is only a complementary tool. It is in no way a substitute for professional mental health diagnosis, treatment, or advice from psychologists or psychiatrists.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, layout, logos, article texts, and product listings displayed on DopaminaShop are the exclusive property of the developers (Falcon Apps) or used satirically under applicable license. Commercial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
